Seated exercise is still exercise

And so is lying-down exercise. Or exercise that only lasts for a couple of minutes. On the days when you feel like ‘exercise’ isn’t possible, perhaps compared to other people’s ideas of exercise or compared to your own previous activities, remind yourself of this.
